In the city centre, great location, classic hotel. Rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Not to many courtesy items by default I guess to avoid wastes, however usually you find at least slippers or a vanity set in similar hotels. Usually I prefer a room with a shower instead of a tub. Breakfast is ok. Parking is available at a lower ground and is connected to the hotel through a lift, which makes all very easy.

A beautiful hotel in the centre of Piacenza with friendly & helpful staff. A great bedroom with a large bed & fresh & clean linens & towels & a good shower. Great Roof top bar overlooking the city - ideal for cocktails.

The location of the hotel is PERFECT - right on the square. It is such a pity that due to traffic on Italian side highway from the shore it took us 9 hours to travel 400 km because it was mostly standing, so we arrived at 10 pm and could not experience the bar on rooftop which everyone is writing about. The room was clean, the view from the window on a dumpster instead of on a square, we were staying only one night on our trip further to the north of Europe, otherwise I would have been very upset. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillow was as hard as a stone. Now I know how it feels to sleep on a stone, i woke up with a headache. All in all location was good, hotel quiet, location excellent. Parking awful. It was so tiny and we have an a erage size car. If you are coming with SUV do not go there - it is low and narrow and with lots of narrow turns. Nightmare.

What a wonderful hotel. The team here are very friendly and this hotel is in a wonderful location. The rooms are clean, quiet and nicely fitted out. The best think about the hotel is the breakfast and the team that support breakfast. In the morning we were kindly greeted and the service was amazing. I thought Laura from the team was a standout. She was kind and considerate and provided us with wonderful service. I would recommend this hotel particularly because of the breakfast and service.

Modern hotel in a fantastic location in the old town centre. Very comfortable rooms, very clean and well appointed. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was average but served in very nice rooftop restaurant. Car park very tight, with tight corners, great potential for bodywork damage, only really suitable for small to medium cars but otherwise very good. Not a good welcome on arrival and staff were cold and aloof. However it's location and nice rooms stand out.

Terrible service. Terrible suite. Terribe breakfast. Terrible hotel. Paper cups and no glassware in the room. Awful break - walked in and straight out again. Staff have no idea and appear disinterested. No dry cleaning service on weekends. A LONG way from the train. Just a horrible hotel all around.

Great hotel to spend the night in Piacenza. Good service, very friendly and professional people, lovely rooftop bar, garage for paid parking space (which is small, so with SUV's it's not recommended). As I had breakfast quite late, there was little choice when it comes to bread. But the choice overall is very good and various.
